1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fyndin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You must be at least 12 years old or legally permitted to use the Platform under applicable laws.

2. About Fyndin

Fyndin is a classified marketplace and business discovery platform that allows users to discover local products, services, and businesses. Businesses can create profiles and showcase their products, including new and pre-owned items as part of the re-commerce ecosystem.


Fyndin is only a discovery and marketplace platform and does not facilitate payments, transactions, delivery, or contracts between users and businesses.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Fyndin may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Platform.

4. Business Listings and Interactions

  • Businesses are solely responsible for their profiles, listings, and communications. Fyndin does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any business, listing, or product.

  • Any transactions, agreements, or disputes are strictly between users and businesses. Fyndin is not a party to and is not responsible for such interactions.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant Fyndin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Platform.

  • All rights related to the Fyndin Platform, including its name, logo, software, and design, belong to Fyndin or its licensors.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use Fyndin to post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content, impersonate others, or violate any laws or intellectual property rights.

  • Fyndin reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of Fyndin is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • Fyndin may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.​

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Fyndin provides the Platform on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding listings, businesses, or user interactions.

  • Fyndin is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes resulting from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users or businesses.

Fyndin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
